Shambles Bookshop

Bbookshelves stocked with a variety of colourful new books

About us

Shambles Bookshop stocks new books for all ages, spanning fiction, non-fiction, poems and plays across all genres. The vast majority of the books they stock are from independent publishers, and they also have a dedicated Bristol section featuring local authors and poets, along with helpful guides to the city, and fiction that takes place in Bristol.

They organise our shelves according to the Shambles system, by mood or vibe. Sections evolve over time, and you may find books move mysteriously from section to section on a whim.

They also have a selection of book-themed greeting cards, audiobook cards, handmade book accessories, and sell and redeem National Book Tokens.

You can also purchase Shambles gift cards.

Bon Clothing

About us

Bon Clothing is a creative, tattoo‑inspired apparel brand run by designers Flo and Josh from their newly established studio in St Nicks Bristol. Starting in lockdown in a garage their in‑house venture blends traditional and contemporary style, firmly rooted in tattoo art, music, botanical imagery and ride culture to create unique, hand‑drawn designs.

They craft and screen‑print each item themselves using ethical ink and vegan-friendly 100% organic cotton fabrics. Small batches to reduce waste are always a priority.

In addition to selling their own creative garments, Bon Clothing offers bespoke screen-printing services for small print runs catering to local brands, artists, and businesses, supporting design collaboration and small-scale production.

Their ethos is rooted in independent design, slow sustainable fashion and community. A brand born from passion, screen‑printing artistry and a commitment to eco‑friendly craftsmanship. All pieces are ethically made in Bristol, embracing quirk, originality and positive vibes.
